Pakistani Room (pakistaniroom.com) is an independently operated free online chat platform based in Pakistan, providing chat rooms for users in Pakistan and the Pakistani diaspora worldwide. We are the sole operator and data controller for this platform.

We do not collect payment information of any kind. Pakistani Room is and will remain free of charge.

The limited data we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Security and abuse prevention: IP logs and session data are used to detect and prevent spam, harassment, ban circumvention, and other abusive behaviour in accordance with our community guidelines.

There are no other circumstances under which we share data with third parties.

• Session data: Deleted at the end of each session.
• Security IP logs: Retained for up to 30 days for abuse-prevention purposes, then deleted.
• Server performance logs: Retained for up to 14 days, then automatically purged.
• Contact form submissions: Retained for as long as reasonably needed to resolve your inquiry, then deleted.
• Ban records: Where a user has been permanently banned for a zero-tolerance violation, we may retain a minimal record (session identifiers, IP range) for the purpose of preventing re-entry. This record does not include chat content.

As a user of Pakistani Room, you have the following rights in relation to the data we hold:

• Right to know: You may ask us what data we hold about you. Because we require no registration, we are unlikely to hold any data linked to your identity.
