Terms of Use

Pakistani Room is available exclusively to individuals aged 18 years and above. By accessing this platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this platform and must exit immediately.

Pakistani Room makes no special provisions for supervised or parental-consent access by minors. There are no exceptions to the age requirement. Any session found to originate from a minor will be terminated immediately.

By accessing or using Pakistani Room — including browsing the website, entering any chat room, or submitting any contact form — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. These three documents together constitute the complete agreement between you and Pakistani Room.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using Pakistani Room.

Pakistani Room grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for the following purposes:

• Personal, non-commercial communication with other users in chat rooms
• Cultural exchange, social connection, and general conversation
• Accessing information published on pakistaniroom.com pages
• Submitting genuine contact or support inquiries via our contact form

This licence does not include the right to scrape, index, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from Pakistani Room without our express written permission.

• Sexual or explicit content of any kind, including text, links, or references
• Any content involving minors in a sexual context — an immediate permanent ban with potential law enforcement referral
• Harassment, threats, or intimidation of any user
• Hate speech based on religion, ethnicity, sect, gender, or any other characteristic
• Terrorism-related content including glorification, promotion, or recruitment for violent extremist organisations
• Content illegal under PECA 2016 or any other applicable Pakistani law
• Spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation of any kind
• Doxxing — sharing another person's private information without consent
• Impersonation of any person, public figure, or Pakistani Room staff member
• Malware, phishing links, or fraudulent schemes of any kind
• Circumventing a ban using alternate nicknames, devices, or IP addresses
• Automated access including bots, scrapers, or any non-human access to the platform

You retain ownership of any original content you post in Pakistani Room's chat rooms. By posting content, you grant Pakistani Room a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display and transmit that content as part of the platform's operation for as long as the platform operates.

You represent and warrant that any content you post: (a) is your own original work or you have the right to post it; (b) does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights; (c) complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines; and (d) does not violate any applicable Pakistani law.

Pakistani Room does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for user-generated content. We are not the publisher of user content — we are the operator of the platform on which it appears. However, we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms at any time without notice.

Pakistani Room reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• Issue warnings to users who violate these Terms
• Temporarily suspend any user from one or all chat rooms
• Permanently ban any user from the platform, with or without prior warning, for serious or repeated violations
• Report any user or content to Pakistani law enforcement authorities where legally required or where we believe a serious crime has been committed

Moderation decisions are made by human moderators applying these Terms and our Community Guidelines. For severe violations, no prior warning is given. Permanent bans for zero-tolerance violations are not subject to appeal.

Pakistani Room's right to terminate access applies to all users equally, without regard to how long they have used the platform or how frequently they have participated.

All content on pakistaniroom.com that is not user-generated — including but not limited to the platform's design, layout, code, logos, graphics, written content, and structural elements — is the intellectual property of Pakistani Room and is protected under applicable Pakistani and international intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of Pakistani Room's proprietary content without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial sharing of links to Pakistani Room pages is permitted.

Pakistani Room is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be available without interruption, error, or downtime
• Content posted by users is accurate, reliable, or lawful
• The platform is free from viruses, malicious code, or security vulnerabilities
• Any particular user interaction will result in a positive or safe experience

Your use of Pakistani Room is entirely at your own risk. We strongly encourage you to follow our safety guidance published in our community guidelines.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, Pakistani Room and its operators, moderators, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any content posted by users in chat rooms
• Any harm, loss, or damage arising from interactions between users, whether on or off the platform
• Any loss of data, business, profits, or goodwill arising from use or inability to use the platform
• Any harm arising from your disclosure of personal information to other users
• Any third-party websites or services linked to from our platform

Pakistani Room's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use Pakistani Room — which, as a free platform, is zero.

Pakistani Room may contain links to third-party websites shared by users in chat rooms or referenced in our published content. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website. Clicking any third-party link is done at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any external site you visit.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including but not limited to the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA 2016), the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002, and other applicable Pakistani legislation.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or from your use of Pakistani Room, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. By using Pakistani Room, you irrevocably submit to this jurisdiction.

Pakistani Room reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. We may also provide notice of significant changes via the platform. Your continued use of Pakistani Room after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the platform.
